Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Arogyamaya – you can Return accepted within 3 days after delivery. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.


Refund Policy

Your refund Amount will credit in your same account within 7 days of return recieved but in some cases can take up to 14 -15 business days. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This policy only applies if the Item(s) is undamaged, unopened, in their original packaging with seals unbroken.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

Please inform us of the returned item via email at imranbmn@gmail.com. Products of a cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to hygiene issues. Unfortunately, the postage cost and tracking of returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using registered post to prevent further dismay. Returned item(s) must be undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging; Arogyamaya.com reserves the right to decline a refund in such instances.

Cancelling your order: In order to cancel your order please either phone or email us at the earliest instance. Please note our doctors sometimes issue prescriptions within minutes or hours of an order being placed in which case you will be liable for the cancellation fee(25% of order cost) but eligible for a full refund of the remaining costs of product.

What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at imranbmn@gmail.com or call us on +91 8050955211 within 7 days of receipt of the product. Refund will be executed as per the above mentioned criteria which is full refund or deduction of 25% of the order value for single order or 10% for bulk or multiple orders if diet or consultation has been provided by our dietician or doctors as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
